Returns policy

Eligibility

• - Unworn pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
• - Items must be unused, with original packaging, soft pouch, and any cards or tags included. Pierced earrings must still have protective backs and show no signs of wear.
• - Pieces purchased as a set or bundle must be returned together; partial set returns are not accepted.
• - Custom, engraved, monogrammed, and Studio pieces are final sale unless faulty on arrival.
• - Start a return from your account or the Returns page so we can authorize the shipment. Unauthorized parcels may be refused.
• - Original outbound shipping is non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 7–10 business days), we issue the refund.
• - Exchanges for size or style: return the original piece, then place a new order for the piece you want — this keeps inventory and pricing accurate.

How to start

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the piece. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
