The house and the products
We design and sell contemporary pearl jewelry. Natural pearls and hand-finished pieces vary in tone, surface, shape, and orient. Photographs and descriptions are for reference; reasonable natural variation is expected and is not a defect. Precious metals and findings are described on each product page.
Pricing and currency
Prices are shown in the settlement currency of the storefront you are using (for this site, typically USD) and may exclude or include tax depending on your destination and checkout rules.
We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Promotional codes have their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when payment is successfully captured. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example stock, fraud checks, or fulfillment limits) and will refund any amount charged. You are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping details.
Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to the carrier once we have shipped, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

Returns and final sale
Unworn returns follow our Returns policy (14 days from delivery unless a longer period is required by law).
Custom, engraved, monogrammed, and Studio pieces are final sale unless faulty on arrival. Sets and bundles must be returned complete.
Care and warranty
Product care guidance and our 12-month craftsmanship warranty are described on the Care pages. Misuse, impact, chemicals, and normal wear are outside warranty. Lifetime care services may involve assessment and, in some cases, a materials fee disclosed before work begins.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials. Do not misuse the site (fraud, scraping that harms performance, or infringement of our intellectual property). Product images, copy, and trademarks remain our property or that of our licensors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
