Wear alone for evening; keep sleeves clear so the pearl can hold light.

No watch stack on the same wrist — Luxe needs air.

• -After every wear, wipe with a soft dry cloth before perfume, lotion, or sweat can settle into the nacre.
• -Keep pearls away from perfume, hairspray, and chlorinated water — chemicals dull lustre faster than ordinary daily wear.
• -Store in a soft pouch, separate from harder metals, so clasps and chains cannot scratch the pearl overnight.
• -Once or twice a month, wipe with a barely damp soft cloth, then dry fully before putting the piece away.
• -If the strand ever feels loose or the knot line looks tired, ask us about restringing — better early than after a break.
• -Solid gold findings tolerate gentle wear; still wipe after skin contact so oils do not cloud the metal beside the pearl.

• - Standard tracked delivery is included in the merchandise price (United States).
• - We ship from Zhuji, China. In-stock orders usually dispatch within 48 hours (1–2 business days) after payment clears.
• - Transit after dispatch (estimates): China typically 2–5 business days; US, Europe, UK, Australia and most other destinations usually 7–15 business days. Not guarantees — customs and carriers can add time.
• - Rates appear at checkout by destination. Duties, VAT, or import fees outside your prepaid zone (if any) are the recipient’s responsibility unless marked prepaid.
• - You will receive tracking by email once the carrier scans your parcel. Signature may be required on higher-value shipments.
• - Please confirm your shipping address before paying — we cannot redirect parcels already in transit. Undeliverable returns may incur reshipping fees.
• - Hand-packed and insured from Zhuji, China — usually dispatches within 48 hours.
• - After dispatch: most international destinations 7–15 business days (estimates). Customs duties may apply; we mark accurately and include a commercial invoice.

• - Unworn pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
• - Items must be unused, with original packaging, soft pouch, and any cards or tags included. Pierced earrings must still have protective backs and show no signs of wear.
• - Pieces purchased as a set or bundle must be returned together; partial set returns are not accepted.
• - Custom, engraved, monogrammed, and Studio pieces are final sale unless faulty on arrival.
• - Start a return from your account or the Returns page so we can authorize the shipment. Unauthorized parcels may be refused.
• - Original outbound shipping is non-refundable. Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 7–10 business days), we issue the refund.
• - Exchanges for size or style: return the original piece, then place a new order for the piece you want — this keeps inventory and pricing accurate.

• - Every piece ships in a soft pouch inside a branded presentation box, ready to give.
• - Complimentary gift wrapping is available at checkout — mark Gift wrap in your bag before you pay.
• - Add a short handwritten-style note (up to 120 characters) for the recipient; we print it on a discreet card.
• - Gift receipts omit prices. Packing slips stay discreet so the surprise is preserved.
• - Ordering for someone else? Enter their shipping address at checkout, and optionally add a gift recipient email for ship notifications without sharing pricing.
• - Digital gift cards (where offered) are delivered by email and are non-refundable once sent, except where required by law.
