Returns policy

Eligibility

• - Subject to the conditions below and your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (cooling-off), unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, except where a longer period is required by law.
• - Returned items must be unused and in original condition, with original packaging, soft pouch, and any cards or tags. Pierced earrings must retain protective backs and show no signs of wear.
• - Merchandise purchased as a set or bundle must be returned complete; partial returns of a set or bundle are not accepted.
• - Custom, engraved, monogrammed, and Studio pieces are final sale unless faulty on arrival. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights for faulty goods under UK law.
• - Returns must be initiated through your account or the Returns page so that we may authorize the shipment and, where available, issue a prepaid label. Unauthorized parcels may be refused.
• - Because standard outbound delivery is included in the merchandise price and is not itemised separately at checkout, no separate outbound shipping charge is refunded on returns of non-faulty goods, except where the goods are faulty, we made an error, or UK law requires otherwise. After we receive and inspect an authorized return (ordinarily within 7–10 business days), we issue the refund.
• - Size or style exchanges are effected by returning the original unworn piece under this policy and placing a new order for the desired piece.

How to start

Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order reference and photos of the piece. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
