The house and the products
We design and sell contemporary pearl jewelry. Natural pearls and hand-finished pieces vary in tone, surface, shape, and orient. Photographs and descriptions are for reference; reasonable natural variation is expected and is not a defect.
Pricing and VAT
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT at the applicable UK rate unless otherwise stated. We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Promotional codes have their own conditions.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy. We accept the order when payment is successfully captured in GBP. We may refuse or cancel an order (stock, fraud checks, or fulfillment limits) and will refund any amount charged.
Shipping and risk
Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to the carrier once we have shipped, except where mandatory UK consumer law provides otherwise. Standard tracked delivery is included in the merchandise price for supported destinations. See Shipping.
Returns and cooling-off
Unworn returns follow our Returns policy and your 14-day cooling-off rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Custom, engraved, monogrammed, and Atelier pieces may be exempt from cooling-off where lawfully personalized; faulty goods remain covered by your statutory rights. Sets must be returned complete.
Care and warranty
Product care guidance and our 12-month craftsmanship warranty are described on the Care pages. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Accounts and acceptable use
Safeguard your credentials. Do not misuse the site. Product images, copy, and trademarks remain our property or that of our licensors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited.
