This Privacy Notice explains how UNI-PERLA (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit our UK storefront, create an account, place an order, subscribe to house notes, or contact us.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

How we share it

Service providers process data on our behalf: Stripe and/or PayPal, and Klarna when selected; shipping carriers; email and hosting; analytics if enabled.

International transfers

Our headquarters and some processors may be outside the UK. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards required by UK GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses) where applicable.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your bag and session working. Optional analytics or marketing cookies load only when permitted. Adjust them via our cookie banner or browser settings.

Retention

We keep order and accounting records as long as needed for VAT, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Account profiles remain until you request deletion, subject to records we must retain.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
