Wear Stack One alone on the digit you gesture with most.

• -After every wear, wipe with a soft dry cloth before perfume, lotion, or sweat can settle into the nacre.
• -Keep pearls away from perfume, hairspray, and chlorinated water — chemicals dull lustre faster than ordinary daily wear.
• -Store in a soft pouch, separate from harder metals, so clasps and chains cannot scratch the pearl overnight.
• -Once or twice a month, wipe with a barely damp soft cloth, then dry fully before putting the piece away.
• -Remove before heavy gym work or harsh cleaners; the low setting is built for typing, not impact or chemicals.

• - When the carrier first scans your parcel, we send tracking information by email. Signature on delivery may be required for higher-value shipments.
• - You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address before payment. We cannot redirect a parcel once it is in transit. Returns caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional reshipping charges payable by you.
• - Dispatches within 48 hours (1–2 business days) from our Zhuji studio in China.
• - After dispatch: China usually 2–5 business days; most international destinations 7–15 business days (estimates).

• - Subject to the conditions below and your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (cooling-off), unworn merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method, except where a longer period is required by law.
• - Returned items must be unused and in original condition, with original packaging, soft pouch, and any cards or tags. Pierced earrings must retain protective backs and show no signs of wear.
• - Merchandise purchased as a set or bundle must be returned complete; partial returns of a set or bundle are not accepted.
• - Custom, engraved, monogrammed, and Studio pieces are final sale unless faulty on arrival. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights for faulty goods under UK law.
• - Returns must be initiated through your account or the Returns page so that we may authorize the shipment and, where available, issue a prepaid label. Unauthorized parcels may be refused.
• - Because standard outbound delivery is included in the merchandise price and is not itemised separately at checkout, no separate outbound shipping charge is refunded on returns of non-faulty goods, except where the goods are faulty, we made an error, or UK law requires otherwise. After we receive and inspect an authorized return (ordinarily within 7–10 business days), we issue the refund.
• - Size or style exchanges are effected by returning the original unworn piece under this policy and placing a new order for the desired piece.

• - Each piece is shipped in a soft pouch inside a branded presentation box suitable for gifting.
• - Complimentary gift wrapping may be selected in your bag before payment, where offered.
• - You may add a short gift message (up to 120 characters) for the recipient; we print it on a discreet card enclosed with the order.
• - Gift receipts omit prices. Packing slips are prepared without merchandise pricing. Prices and VAT appear in GBP on your order confirmation only.
• - When ordering for another person, enter their shipping address at checkout. You may optionally provide a gift-recipient email address for shipment notifications without sharing pricing.
• - Digital gift cards (where offered) are delivered by email and are non-refundable once issued, except where required by UK law.
